Anthem Hayek Blanchard has been a director of the Company since March 9, 2010 and serves as a member of the Company’s Audit, Compensation, and Nominating Committee. From September 2008 through July 2010, Mr. Blanchard served as CEO of nuMetra, Inc., a software manufacturer enabling network carriers to offer IPTV service to consumers via delivery of broadband across the Internet. From September 2002 through August 2008, Mr. Blanchard served as one of the founding members of online precious metal retailer and currency provider GoldMoney.com in the role of Director of Strategic Development & Marketing. During his tenure at GoldMoney, Mr. Blanchard identified and served in an advisory role to several entrepreneurs in the precious metal industry, including Robert Kiyosaki’s Rich Dad Precious Metals Expert, author Michael Maloney of GoldSilver.com, and author Trace Mayer, J.D. of RunToGold.com. Mr. Blanchard holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance & Accounting from Emory University.
